FounderMr. A. Mahammed Tahir, completed his undergraduate studies at M.S. Ramaiah Law of College in Bangalore in 2010 and immediately joined his father’s chamber Sri. A. Mahammed Ghouse at Bellary District Court. In January 2012, he joined the famous and reputed Senior Advocate Sri. Jayakumar S Patil, and assisted him in various high profile cases in High Court of Karnataka and later he has also designated as partner in Jayakumar S Patil Associates.
In January 2016 Mr. A Mahammed Tahir started his independent private practice as Partner in Medini Law and since then represented clients in numerous cases before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Karnataka, Debt Revocery Tribunal, Administrative Tribunal, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, City Civil and Sessions Court, Magistrate Court, Rural Courts Bengaluru, Consumer Forums, and the various other Trial Courts. Mr. A Mahammed Tahir is also Penal Advocate for State Bank of India and Bank of India and Other Co-operative Banks, he continues to put the best efforts on behalf of the clients in the cases he handles before courts till date.
VARUN J PATIL
FounderMr. Varun J Patil completed his undergraduate studies at K.L.E Societies Law College in Bangalore in 2012 and immediately joined Poovayya and Co a famous and reputed law firm with its litigation headed by Senior Advocate Sri Sajjan Poovayya. He also assisted Sri Sajjan Poovayya during his tenure as the Additional Advocate General of Karnataka in the year 2013. In the year 2015 he completed his LLM degree in Commercial Law after opting to study Competition Law, European Banking Law, Commercial Arbitration and Comparative Law from Cardiff University Wales.
In January 2016 Mr. Varun Patil started his independent private practice and has since represented clients in numerous cases before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, Karnataka Administrative Tribunal, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, City Civil and Sessions Court, Magistrate Court, Rural Courts Bengaluru, Consumer Forums, and the various other Trial Courts.
